In a January 17 update to the 2024-25 FAFSA Soft Launch Details and Timelines Electronic Announcement, the Department of Education said it has updated the 2024-25 FAFSA Issue Alerts page.
The latest update to the page appears to be a fix to a problem reported earlier. The Department updated to a status of resolved for the issue that occurred when a parent who re-entered a saved FAFSA form had to add the country to again to be able to submit the form. The Department said the country entered by the parent now carries over.
