Some of the more common compliance violations found in program audits include R2T4 errors, missed R2T4 deadlines, and inaccurate or untimely enrollment status reporting.

The most common compliance violation of all is the failure to take corrective action for previous findings. Proper documentation is key in making sure that a future auditor knows that you have taken the necessary steps to correct errors found in previous audits.
