Availability of the site and weekly maintenance

Mapping Your Future conducts weekly maintenance on the website on Mondays between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. Central, if required.

• The staff has determined the site has the least amount of traffic during this time by analyzing usage statistics and bandwidth consumption.
• The staff will use this period to do upgrades and repairs to the Mapping Your Future network that otherwise would disrupt service.

Mapping Your Future occasionally may need to repair, upgrade, and/or replace hardware or software at times outside of the period. We understand the inconvenience to you, our customer, should we need to do extensive, unplanned maintenance. We therefore only will disrupt service for maintenance if we determine the situation to be an emergency.

We will attempt to notify you of emergency maintenance (including posting a message on the site) on our network as soon as possible so you can plan around that time frame.
