More changes are coming to the FAFSA – maybe not as dramatic as last year with the change to prior-prior year and the early FAFSA – but important changes nonetheless.

Financial aid professionals or counselors helping students with the FAFSA or managing the verification process should be aware of changes to the 2018-19 FAFSA, which include the way the Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) works. The DRT will return to the FAFSA this fall but it will be different for students and parents completing the FAFSA. No longer will parents be able to see the data pulled in from the IRS.

Join us for Mapping Your Future's 2018-19 FAFSA training for financial aid professionals and others helping students complete the FAFSA. Jennifer Martin, Director of Financial Aid Compliance at Johns Hopkins University, will be presenting. She will guide the attendees through the FAFSA, providing special emphasis on the changes from prior years.

This webinar will be offered on three dates. Click the appropriate link below to register:

Information on a separate FAFSA training for students and parents will be available at a later date.
