With the FSA Conference being held this week, you may have had your fill of virtual training sessions. Yes - I'll just say it - the FSA conference had some technical issues. But this is 2020, after all. Hopefully, you're gaining some knowledge from the FSA Conference but there's always room for more training, right? Mapping Your Future will be offering its tax webinars "Understanding taxes - The basics and beyond" this month. These popular sessions address tax basics for financial aid professionals and go over some of the recent changes in tax laws, as well as the impact of COVID-19 on tax returns. Be sure to register for these events to be held on December 10 and December 16. Since the sessions aren't scheduled until later this month, you'll get a little break from the FSA Conference and a chance to grow that hunger for professional training. | ||||||||||||||||
