Guide offers help in tracking regulatory changes

Keeping up with regulatory updates has always been a challenge in financial aid.
Recently, however, it seems that changes are coming so fast that it's hard to catch your breath due to the flood of announcements.
To help financial aid professionals with the changes, the Department of Education last week updated the 2021-2022 Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) Technical Reference which contains development information for the 2021-22 award year.
In a June 30 Electronic Announcement, the Department said, along with the updated reference guide, it had the June 2021 Change Tracking Log. The log lists the updates made to the guide in June 2021.
