Educators often act in ways to benefit others and now it's our turn to participate in a Day of Action to benefit them. The Department of Education has designated today, Wednesday, August 31, as an Educator Day of Action. The Department is asking organizations and employers to help spread the word about the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) limited waiver period to educators, school personnel, administrators, professors, and other employees at all education levels. In announcing this Day of Action, the Department said this relief can "make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who work tirelessly every day to educate and care for our nation's students." The Department has resources online that can be shared on social media or in your own publications. By participating in this Day of Action, you just may end up helping someone who has helped you. | ||||||||||||||||
